    Freedom of speech is not the ability to say anything you want in little "free speech zones".

    Though, I have nothing wrong with owners of property prohibiting certain forms of speech on their property (eg: prohibiting vulgarity at a kid's playground, or even liberal talk at a conservative house or visa verca). But this does not include "public" property as that is supposed to be owned by everyone!
